Quick answer: Some linked projects document mobile controls; others require a desktop. Start at the 25-game directory, then check the destination’s instructions. The Halo CE Mobile entry has a dedicated phone guide, while BO1 Zombies currently blocks mobile in its capability checker.
Which projects document mobile support?
These are documentation findings checked on October 10, 2026. We have not benchmarked these projects across phones.
| Project | What its source establishes |
|---|---|
| Halo CE Mobile | Its guide specifies iOS 17 or later, Android Chrome, and about 2 GB of free memory. |
| BO1 Zombies at vel.gg | Its checker requires a desktop with keyboard and mouse and rejects mobile devices. |
| Separate Kino der Toten project | Its README describes touch controls. This is a different project from vel.gg’s BO1 launcher. |
A checklist before opening a game
- Identify the exact host. Keep the title and URL together. Similar names can describe different browser projects.
- Look for explicit touch instructions. Choose a project that documents your intended control method. A controller pairing alone does not establish game support: the browser exposes input, and the game must handle it. MDN explains that input interface.
- Read the launcher’s current requirement message. Treat a rejection as useful information. Record the message before looking for troubleshooting advice.
- Check file requirements first. If you do not have the requested data, choose another directory entry rather than spending time retrying the launcher.
What does Halo CE Mobile need?
The project guide requires your own original Xbox Halo: Combat Evolved .iso or .xiso. Game data is not included. Maps, up to 1.8 GB, are copied locally. The guide recommends closing other apps for memory errors and offers lower-resolution textures for black-screen problems.
Those requirements are a starting point, rather than a promise of smooth play on every eligible phone. Our Halo CE browser guide explains the two separate Halo links and the account distinction for online play.
Memory and storage are separate checks
A useful setup note records both the available space for game data and the runtime memory requirement. Do not interpret a “2 GB free memory” message as a download size.
Browser data also has storage quotas and eviction rules. MDN documents that limits vary by browser and stored site data can be removed under storage pressure. Our practical recommendation is to check the game’s export or backup options before clearing its site data. Keep your original files available for another import.
Mobile browser game questions
Can all Radiant Optimizer games run on iPhone?
No. The current BO1 mobile rejection is one documented exception. Use the requirements in the comparison above and the directory’s individual link notes.
Can I play BO1 Zombies on Android?
The linked vel.gg build currently rejects mobile. Its checker directs users to desktop Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. Do not transfer another Zombies project’s touch support to this one.
Does adding a game to my Home Screen include its files?
For Halo CE Mobile, no. Its launcher separates Home Screen installation from choosing your own disc image.
Will clearing browser data affect a game?
It can affect data stored by that site. Check its save instructions first; browser storage is governed by the storage policies described by MDN.
